Why Democrats should vote for Billary

Can someone tell me what the real differences between Obama, Edwards and Billary are on the issues:

Health Care
Civil Liberties
Immigration Reform
National Security
Economic Development
Other Relevant Issues

Because I don't
see much, if any, difference in their respective positions on the issues. It appears that these candidates are all selling the same book - just that each one has a different cover on theirs.

If this is the case, then what makes the most sense is for the Democrats to choose the candidate that has the best chance to beat the Republicans. Only one candidate can claim that they have already done that - and that is Billary Clinton.

John Edwards has proven that he can not do it, and there is uncertainty and a lot of risk associated in seeing if Barack Obama is able to do it.

What I can clearly see is that Billary, the most powerful political machine ever built and operated in US history, has, once again, successfully exercised their strategic political will - and this time it was on Edwards and Obama. How? By simply creating and maintaining the perception that there really are no differences between the candidates on the issues - except past proven experience.

It's too bad that Edwards and Obama fell into this trap, they should have known, but again, it's that old experience thing. They both should have remembered that Billary has been on the World's stage for a long, long time. It appears that neither did very much with the precious little time they had to "paint the differences" on the issues - something Billary surely would have done if in their shoes.

Would Billary Censor Free Speech?

Digg!

Recently I registered to blog on Hillary Clinton's and Barack Obama's official websites. After signing up, I posted four blogs (Billary Express rolls on - thanks ABC!, Huckabee uses C-word and refuses to apologize, 41 is still the man!, and Roughed up but still ready) on both Hillary's and Obama's websites. I received comments back immediately on Hillary's website and was just about to reply, when all of my posts were deleted.

After re-posting all four articles, I was stunned to find out that they were all deleted again shortly after I had just re-posted them. Now, I was beginning to get somewhat frustrated, so decided to re-read the "Terms of Service" (TOS). After the second pass through the TOS's, I still believed that I had not done anything wrong, as far as I could tell. But, maybe, just possibly, the embedded links in the articles were triggering immediate deletion, or a reference to this blog's URL (http://billaryclinton.blogspot.com) - I had no idea what it was - and to this day still don't know why these posts were being deleted.

I sent an email to the Website Administrator requesting their knowledge regarding the issue and an explanation as to what may be the reason causing the deletions. The next morning I looked for their response but did not receive an email response back. So, I took the initiative and removed all the links from each article, and then again re-loaded the all four blog articles, but this time without any external links or URL references.

And wouldn't you know it, once again the Administrator took exception, but this time only 3 of the 4 articles were deleted - the sole article that was not deleted was "Huckabee uses C-word and refuses to apologize". Totally confused by the series of events, I sent another email requesting an explanation as to why the articles were being deleted.

I got up this morning and checked to see if I had received an email response from the Website Administrator, I still have not received an email back from Hillary's Website Administration team. So, I decided that I would post another blog to the community to see if anyone else had experienced what I was going through, or something similar to it. The response I received was enlightening and at the same time troubling - I thought you all would enjoy seeing it for yourself and draw your own conclusions. Please note that I did take the liberty to edit the final comment response to sanitize it from the original obscenities, as you will see clearly below. By the way, I did not have any of the posts deleted or censored on Barack Obama's website.

Billary Express rolls on - thanks ABC!

ABC today reports that Billary Clinton has been, and continues to be, excessively political with Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama, with the intent to do political harm - imagine that? The article goes on to say that Billary's campaign has registered two domain names (www.votingpresent.com and www.votingpresent.org) with "the express purpose of of launching serious criticisms on a rival. " According to the article, Billary's campaign intends to use these websites to paint Obama as cowardly.

Guess what - no need to do anything more with the websites - this ABC article has already accomplished what the websites were suppose to accomplish. Billary can just moveon.org.

This is why I am certain that Billary Clinton will win the Democratic Primary. Billary Clinton is the most powerful, cunning and successful political machine ever built and operated in the history of American politics. The myriad of seamless, backdoor channels to the press, like ABC, allow Billary Clinton's campaign to effectively execute their strategy - without even having to spend the resources or time other candidates would have to spend.

Also note, Obama now is officially associated with cowardice, a very sticky label that will be hard for him to get off, we have already heard the other labels including inexperienced and naive - now we have cowardice.

Expect to see a Billary denial about the intent of this story in the next few days - and then the affectionate official apology to the Obama camp - but the cowardice label will stick from this point through the rest of the campaign! This has been the Billary formula for success in the past - and it continues on for the Billary Express!

Huckabee uses C-word and refuses to apologize

Mike Huckabee released his "What really matters" video and what an uproar he has received. In case you haven't watched the video yet, you can watch it by clicking here. In the video Mike states,

"What really matters is the celebration of the birth of Christ and being with our families and our friends."

With Mike being a former Baptist pastor, I kind of expected this type of statement from him. It seems that others are upset that he did not include other religions - accusing him of pandering to his evangelical base in running the ads in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina. This presumes that Mike Huckabee has "his evangelical base".

One thing is for certain, there is a large and interested "evangelical base" out there and it has been bruised, beaten and feels betrayed. Mike Huckabee has started to resonate with this base and since October has raised his percentages of the polls from 6% to 23%, of course this improvement can not solely be attributed to the "evangelical base", or can it?

The other leading Republican candidates have not been able to "excite" this base like Mike Huckabee has been able to do. In my opinion, the other Republican candidate that could "excite" and "ignite" the evangelical base is Duncan Hunter, who appears to be stuck back where Huckabee came from in October, and needs to get unstuck soon if he is going to do it.

So what will it take from Billary Clinton to attract the evangelical base? Bill has already teamed with Jimmy Carter to confront and control any collateral damage caused by evangelicals to the Democratic Party (both have personal and painful political experiences from the past). The question for Billary Clinton supporters is there a way to attract instead of denounce, confront and control this large and loyal group of Americans?

41 is still the man!

With less than two weeks remaining until the Iowa caucuses, Hillary dispatched Bill to South Carolina to make sure things don't get away from them down there, like they have in Iowa. According to CNN reports, Bill suggested that he and others, including George H.W. Bush, would be engaged in Foreign Policy under a Hillary Clinton Presidency and they would be making diplomatic travels to assure other nations that “America is open for business and cooperation again.”

The problem is that, well, Bill should have talked to 41 before he made this suggestion on the campaign trail for Hillary. It appears that former-President Bush does not have this same vision and according to the article:

"In a statement sent to CNN Tuesday afternoon, former President Bush’s chief of staff Jean Becker said that he “wholeheartedly supports the President of the United States, including his foreign policy. He has never discussed an ‘around-the-world-mission’ with either former President Bill Clinton or Sen. Clinton, nor does he think such a mission is warranted since he is proud of the role America continues to play around the world as the beacon of hope for freedom and democracy."

Roughed up but still ready

It appears that Hillary has taken a beating the last three weeks from not only the Obama and Edwards camps. Polls show a slight slip in Iowa but not overall nationally. Calling on Bill to help slow the downturn, Billary appears to have righted the stalling ship and thankfully not a moment to late.

Lately we are hearing things about her softening up - letting people see the personal side more. These are things we would not have heard 4 weeks ago as she held a "commanding" lead. I would have to say the Barack and John have made their mark - but I am not convinced it will hold up once Billary starts rolling!
